Events remain the cornerstone of NGPA, and we host three main annual gatherings including our coastal flagship events, the Palm Springs Winter Warm-Up and Cape Cod Classic, in addition to the NGPA Industry Expo, which has quickly grown to the nation's second-largest career-oriented aviation exhibition.

NGPA is trying something new: A Pride Focus City! We would like to invite all NGPA members to come to Dallas, Texas for Dallas Pride. Our DFW Metroplex Flyers is the host Chapter and have developed a fun and exciting weekend for NGPA Members, friends, and supporters. We hope you will fly-in your airplanes, drive, non-rev or fly commercial to join us!
Join NGPA and our members at the 2024 EAA AirVenture event as we gather in Oshkosh, WI this July 22-28, 2024. Each year NGPA attends EAA AirVenture and provides various opportunities for our members to network and experience what the event has to offer. AirVenture is a great event for all areas of aviation, and we hope to see you there!
In 1990, our first event was held in Provincetown, Mass., and included just a handful of gay pilots. Set against the classic backdrop of New England, the Cape Cod Classic has grown into our flagship East Coast event and is a member favorite!

The NGPA Industry Expo is the second-largest pilot recruiting and aviation networking event in the U.S. The event features keynote speakers, hundreds of ATP-qualified active airline pilots seeking employment, aviation products and services, and educational seminars for both commercial, business/corporate, and general aviation pilots.
