WHAT IS THE INCLUSION TRAINING TEAM (ITT)?

Our Inclusion Training Team is a group of skilled NGPA members and professionals who volunteer their time to come to you (virtually or in person) to conduct LGBTQ inclusivity, equity, and diversity awareness training. Our team will build a customized presentation based on the audience, workgroup, and company’s cultural needs that will teach important topics related to making a work environment that is welcoming and comfortable for LGBTQ employees.

This team is made up of volunteers who believe that making all aviation workspaces welcoming for the LGBTQ community is critical to a safe and productive aviation industry.

ON SITE PRESENTATIONS

NGPA will send two or three Inclusion Trainers to conduct in person training or we can plan a virtual session for your team. We have conducted workshops with union leaders, airline leaders, and aviation university students and instructors. We will send Inclusion Trainers that are most familiar with your sector of aviation (business aviation, flight operations, military, etc.)

HOW DO YOU SCHEDULE A VISIT?

Because Inclusion Training Team consists of volunteers, availability may be limited. We ask that you reach out to us with two to three months advanced notice for in-person training.

WHAT COSTS CAN WE EXPECT?

The NGPA charges a reasonable fee for ITT presentations to assist with travel and lodging for our team, as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
