How does it work?

Finding support for mental health concerns can be challenging, especially when working in the aviation industry. The NGPA Cares Team supports you in the process and offers support to NGPA members. In addition, all NGPA Members now have access to one free hour consultation with a mental health professional via our partner Emerald Mental Health PLLC.

Emerald Mental Health PLLC is a mental health practice specializing in helping aviation professionals by providing mental health support with sensitivity towards a pilot's unique medical circumstances. NGPA members then have subsequent access up until four counseling- or coaching sessions for 68 dollars an hour through Emerald Mental Health PLLC.

How do I get started?

To begin the process, contact the NGPA Cares Team by sending an email to [email protected] or call 206-973 0283 to get in touch with one of our volunteers. One of our volunteers will connect to support you to the best of our ability. In addition, a free-hour consultation can be arranged with Reini Thijssen (LMHC and LPC), an NGPA member and Emerald Mental Health representative. You are not alone. Contact us today.
