2021 NGPA Student Career Development Series
This virtual NGPA webinar-conference aims to connect student NGPA members with industry professionals in all corners of aviation. By exploring various industry career pathways through the lens of those contributing to its resiliency, this two part webinar series hopes to inspire the next generation of aviation and aerospace professionals. Participants can expect memorable, impactful, and engaging discussions surveying career paths such as airline management, customer service, business aviation, varied professional pilot tracks, analyst and consulting engagement, and rewarding opportunities available through military service. Concluding a main discussion, participants will have the opportunity to further engage with speakers in virtual breakout rooms.
Additionally, students are presented with an opportunity to exercise interview preparation skills and networking strategies through a unique opportunity to participate in a development workshop presented by NGPA partner Cage Marshall Consulting. Offered during the April webinar event only, this workshop will engage those preparing to enter the job market with insights unique to the aviation industry and overview general productive employment search skills.
