We are a home for LGBTQ people with a love for aviation; we are a vehicle that connects those with shared passions. We invite you to join our family and connect with people from many different backgrounds, all of whom have found a shared home at NGPA.
NGPA hosts two flagship events each year in addition to the NGPA Industry Expo, yet we keep the movement going all year long through our network of local chapters and NGPA affiliates.
From Chicago to Charlotte, Denver to Dallas, Los Angeles to London, NGPA local groups are a thriving part of our community. Network, volunteer, or just fly planes: there’s a space for it all in your backyard. Simply reach out to a local group leader (or just show up!) to get started.

Local chapters are given the opportunity to showcase and exhibit their groups during the Winter Warm-Up. NGPA members in turn are encouraged to meet with these groups and explore the incredible benefit of belonging to and being active in a local chapter.
An evening of socializing, networking, and local art in Toronto with TD Bank paved the way for a successful launch of the NGPA Canada Chapter. We continue to expand internationally to encompass LGBTQ aviators worldwide -- come join us!
