Hello Friends,  

As we enter final decent towards the end of the year, I’d like to reflect on the incredible milestones and achievements that have defined our community this past year.  

First and foremost, congratulations to each one of you for being part of a record-breaking year for engagement, chapter events, and the highest scholarship award year in our history. Your dedication, passion, and commitment to uniting the LGBTQ+ aviation community has been the driving force behind these achievements.  

Behind many of our organizations’ accomplishments are NGPA’s outstanding corps of hard-working committee chairs and volunteers. They are the true power of the organization, dedicating their most precious asset: time. Words alone cannot convey the amount of gratitude felt for their support. It’s truly an honor to work alongside those individuals.  

With 2024 knocking on our doors, I’m happy to share a few things the operations team has on our horizon: 

Exceptional Member Value: Our primary goal will be to provide exceptional value to members. We aim to foster an active and engaged membership, offering diverse opportunities, resources, and support. 

Best-in-Class Aviation Centric Events: We are committed to organizing top-tier aviation-centric events that revolve around community, empowerment, professional development, and local engagement. 

Community Outreach and Growth: Our core mission is to build, support, and unite the LGBTQ+ aviation community. Through dedicated community outreach efforts, we aspire to create an inclusive and supportive environment that is welcoming to all, while remaining laser focused on our core membership. 

As we approach the new year, let us continue to celebrate our successes, support one another, and look forward to the promising opportunities that await us on this incredible journey. Together, we will forge new paths, united by our shared passion for aviation and commitment to inclusivity.
